Delivery Process


Shopping online can be an intimidating process for some or just plain confusing for others. If you have ever purchased anything online from a website that did not have a clear and simple delive ry process, then you probably know the frustrations. Here at we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping process pr ior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your parcel. Below is the three exact step for step process Staff takes when processing your order.


No Payment - Processing – Shipped


No Payment -Once you have made a payment with your credit card is placed in Pending Status. Someone from will review your order and verify that your payment information is valid and that the shipping address you provided. Once your order has been verified by someone at your order will be elevated to the next s tatus and prepare the package for the shipment. This process takes 2-4 business days.


Processing - We have processed and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will updat e the status of your order to " Shipped" , this will only take 12-24 hours.


Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. If you are located in the United States you can track your package at If you are located elsewhere, then it is your country's national carrier. In rare occasion shipping can take up to 12 business days to arrive. However in most cases it will take 7-14 business days.


Other Possible Statuses: Canceled - If your order status is " canceled" this is because we were unable to verify that your shipping address matches your billing address. Or you've made a request for cancellation prior the shipment.
